Reply quickly to consumer inquiries and work internally to fulfill requests.

Answer inquiries regarding items, pricing, and availability.

Handle client issues empathetically and provide the best solutions.

Respond to shipment and order state inquiries.

Price and shipping details as required.

Following up with corporate products and policies

Keeping a positive outlook when under pressure in a hectic atmosphere


Job Overview

Answer client emails and chats on products, orders, shipping, and delivery, and schedule calls as needed.

Communicate cross-departmentally to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.

Help to collect data vital to improving our customers' experience.
