  • Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers, valuers, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • Phone system, Microsoft Outlook, Skedulo, and various web-based applications.
  • Setting up valuations.
  • Manage and prioritize back-office tasks related to the completion of valuation jobs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and text message to customers and other stakeholders.
  • You
  • We are looking for individuals with extensive customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume contact center. You will also have:

  • Expertise in oral and written communication
  • Skills in and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Expertise in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills in high-volume environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based systems
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Positivity and professionalism.

This position is part-time (20 hours per week) and works afternoon shifts.
