Full Description

The following responsibilities will be included, although they may evolve to reflect both ability and business strategy:

  • Answering all inbound calls within the SLA
  • Complete outbound calls where necessary.
  • Processing emails within the SLA
  • Responding to social media messages within SLA
  • Supporting customers with pre-sales queries
  • To provide customers with outstanding levels of service.
  • supporting existing customers with any queries or policy changes.
  • Customer contact should be conducted by the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles.
  • Processing card payments or refunds for purchasers
  • Update customers or other team members on time.
  • Helping customers find regular direct debit payments
  • Ensuring customer escalations are handled swiftly
  • Working closely with all team members
  • Being the voice of the customer by providing regular customer insight to the broader business.
  • Be a part of the Saturday rota.

key requirements:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a service-related call center
  • great communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent experiences to customers.
  • Strong belief in TCF principles
